Physical Description
Beam Balance, identified as a mechanical analytical balance set in wood and glass dust sheild with adjustable legs; two plastic knobs (one milligramm control) on outside of case (front); black plastic air vent on outside of case (back); power cord attached to base of case; two metal pans (silver in colour); dial reader; six sub milligram weights; one brass weight; two metal accessories for balance and two pieces of card (one containing PE Crucibles). Dust sheild has three glass pane entry points with handles. Front entry point incudles a internal pully system to raise the door. Paper information pamphlet titled 'Modern Sartorius Projection Balances', distributed by C.A. Brinkmann and Company, Inc.
