Mystery Bet Terminal

Mystery Bet Terminal

Object No. 2007/27/1

The Mystery Bet machine is an adapted Totatisor Terminal. Instead of allowing the punter to choose the horse (dog) combination for a given race it only allows a choice of betting combination trifecta, boxed trifecta or superfeca. They were placed primarily TAB branches and demonstrate that people don't necessarilty want to spend time studing the form guide before they outlay their money and that there is a strong element of chance in the outcome of a horse( dog) race.
