Shoichi Aoki and Noriko Kojima started publishing STREET magazine in 1985 with the aim of introducing alternative European street fashion to Japan. The magazine is largely devoted to photographs of people on the streets of London and Paris with occasional special issues on American. London is the focus of this issue (no. 129, 2002). STREET is the precursor to Shoichi Aoki's cult alternative Japanese street fashion magazine FRUiTS which was launched in 1997.

This issue, no. 129 from 2002, has a focus on London. Contains images of people wearing their fashion on the street.
