Physical Description

Miniature knight seated on a miniature war horse, dressed in removable full armour and mounted on a wooden plinth. The armour consists of interlocking steel plates held together by a series of brass and steel rivets and hinges. The knight figure is adjustable to sit or stand, the horse is in a fixed position.

Donated by Mrs Cippico of Hertfordshire in 1965. The armour was made for her by Paul Hardy when she was a girl.
