Spit, clockwork, 'Bottle Jack', roasting spit, with key and cast iron balance wheel, England, 19th century (OF) English clockwork 'Roasting Jack' (Late 19th century) 4 3/4" x 31/2" barrel, 7 1/2" spit wheel, slotted & carrying movable rings. Marked Salter with knot and arrow mark (SB).
