Anatomical model, human head (right side), wood / papier-mâché/ plaster / paint, made by F Ramme, Germany, 1850-1894 Right side of hollow human head and shoulder relief shown in profile. The head is made of painted plaster and papier-mâché mounted on a cream painted rectangular board of wood. The head shows the muscle and vascular system with blue and red arteries, skin covered ear and nose and closed eye. The back side of the wooden board is painted black with two unpainted rectangular lines featuring five holes with nails in each.
