Physical Description
Aircraft engine cylinder from Sir Charles Kingsford-Smith's 3-engined Fokker Monoplane 'Southern Cross'. Painted black, the all steel construction is cast in one piece, consisting of a main vertical on top of which is a head with two smaller shafts, both horizontal. Whitworth studs are attaced to the head.
