A packet of freeze dried ice-cream that was a copy of product used on the Apollo 7 mission. It was made for the National Air and Space Museum, Smithsonian Institution, Washington, District of Columbia, by Innovative Foods Inc, San Francisco, United States of America, 1983. Freeze dried ice-cream in sealed rectangular foil pack with blue, white and red label on front depicting a manned silver nose cone of a space craft orbiting a white planet, with blue background. The rear side features text and lists ingredients only on a white rectangular background.
