Summary

Physical Description

Fan with blades of intricately carved mother-of-pearl. Upper part in paper lavishly painted with blue and green predominating with a subject of numerous groups of people looking to a central stage; the royal patrons with yellow robes. Chinese. In a box. The box is made of wood and lacquer with metal hinges and latch and is lined with blue fabric. Inside the lid is painted decoration.
