Physical Description

A shallow round plate, made of porcelain with a painted design of waratahs, decorated around the rim is a wide band of leaves bearing a transfer print of repeated rondels and stylised floral pattern wth a gold rim. Below the painting is the artist signature. Base has makers marks.
