Physical Description
Pair of men's slip-on shoes, [cement construction], winkle-picker toes, [stacked heel]. The shoes consist of black leather uppers, with elasticised gussets in sides and vamp extending up over the instep to form short tongue with two scallops in top. Vamp and quarters in one unseamed piece. Centre back seam oversewn with extra rectangular panel of black leather. Shoes are lined in beige leather and feature beige leather sock. Sock is printed in gold with the words "CALZATURE/Lancia/SUPERIOR/HANDMADE". Soles of worn black [leather]. Left shoe (-1), right shoe (-2).

Notes
Owned by Terence Mooney museum employee who donated the shoes to the musuem. He bought them in Bondi in the early 1980's in a second hand shop.
