Notes
The pig's top 2 incisor teeth are removed and thus the lower teeth continue to grow without resistance. The most prized tooth is one which spirals several times and these are often worn by warriors. A tooth was presented to Queen Elizabeth II from the people of Vanuatu. These teeth were banked and used as currency in Vanuatu and Fiji.
