Notes

The button was worn by J. T. Coffill, grandfather of donor Virtie Coffill (now Mrs Crome), and publisher of Henry Lawson's "Coronation Ode" to Edward VII. The dog pictured on the button was J. T. Coffill's favourite Collie. J. T. Coffill published Henry Lawson's "Coronation Ode" to Edward VII in 1902.
