Plate, porcelain, Floy Hubble (China Painter), South Australia, 1918 Plate, circular, a commercially manufactured porcelain blank made by Josiah Wedgwood & Sons Ltd, England ; the shallow concave well is onglaze decorated with a broad band of painted pastel pale blue flanked by a beige band at rim and beige ground at centre and defined in dark brown outline, the blue band features a design of triple rose-hip buds in five evenly spaced clusters hand painted in orange, yellow and grey.
